"Great coffee, but it’s not always available"
I really like the coffee here and have enjoyed it whenever I’ve been able to get it. The only downside is that, in my experience, it’s often out of stock when I go to buy it. If it were more consistently available, I’d be much happier.

"Fresh beans, solid cup"
The beans showed up smelling really fresh, definitely not stale or old. I brewed a cup right away and the aroma was great, with a solid taste too. I’m happy with the order overall and would probably buy it again, though I do think a little coupon or credit for a repeat purchase would be nice.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
I don’t remember much about the delivery except that the box showed up dented. The item itself seemed fine from what I can recall, but the packaging definitely wasn’t great.

"Fresh beans that made my usual coffee look bad"
I ordered a couple bags from CoffeeAM and, they were really good. I opened the bag and the smell hit right away, so now I kind of blame them for making my regular grocery store coffee seem sad.

The beans tasted fresh, not stale or flat like some other online coffee I’ve tried. The roast looked even, and it brewed up really nicely in my grinder and drip machine without me doing anything fancy.

I’m definitely not a coffee expert, but this was clean, smooth, and easy to drink. I’ll probably order again when I run out, assuming I don’t finish it way too fast, which is also their fault.

"Good flavor, though I felt a little pressured to like it"
I thought the coffee was good overall. It smelled really nice when I opened the bag and the flavor was smooth enough for my taste. I did feel a little pressured to enjoy it because people kept telling me how great it was, so maybe my expectations were too high. One bag was a bit lighter than I usually prefer, but it was still enjoyable. I’d probably try another roast next time.

I expected coffeeam.com to be a little clunky, but it was actually really easy to use. The menus were straightforward, and I found the whole bean coffee quickly. Checkout was simple too, with no weird extra steps. I had my order placed in just a few minutes.

"Refund was a little slow, but it worked out"
I had to return one bag because it wasn’t the one I ordered. I wasn’t sure at first if I was overreacting or if I’d maybe misunderstood the listing, but support got back to me the next day. The refund took a few more days to come through, so it wasn’t exactly quick, but everything got sorted in the end

"Glad I Took a Chance on This Order"
I ordered from coffeeam.com i’m happy with how it went. The coffee arrived in good shape and tasted fresh, which was a relief because I hate feeling like I wasted money on stale coffee. The site was easy enough to navigate, and shipping was about what I expected. No real complaints. I’d definitely order again, especially since I don’t want to run out and end up settling for something I don’t like as much

"Order issue got fixed, but it took a little while"
My coffeeam.com order showed up missing one item, which was sorta frustrating because I was excited to try it.
I reached out to customer service by email, and they did get back to me within a couple days. Not the fastest response, but they checked the order and sent the missing item out.
In the end, it was taken care of, so I do appreciate that. I just wish the original shipment had been correct and the replies were sorta quicker. Three stars feels fair to me.

"It just keeps working, which is honestly great"
My coffee shows up when it’s supposed to, tastes really good, and updating my subscription was surprisingly easy. I’m totally calm about how nice it is to not have to think about running out of coffee.

"Flavors actually taste real"
I ordered a couple of flavored coffees from CoffeeAM i was pleasantly surprised. The vanilla didn’t have that fake, overly sweet taste you sometimes get with flavored coffee. It tasted more like real vanilla, which is obviously what you’d hope for. One of the bags was a little lighter than I usually prefer, but overall the coffee was really good and smelled amazing

"Pretty good, but is the roast different for anyone else?"
I’ve been ordering this coffee for a bit and overall it’s decent. Shipping has been fine and some bags are really smooth, but I’ve noticed the roast can change from one order to the next. One bag tastes great, then the next one comes across darker or a little burnt. It’s not bad coffee by any means, I just wish it was more consistent. Curious if other people have noticed the same thing?

"Decaf was okay, but I’m not sure I fully trust it"
I ordered from CoffeeAM mainly because I wanted to try their decaf options. They do have a few choices, and the one I got seemed fresh enough, but I was expecting more details about the roast and flavor. When that info is missing, it makes it harder for me to trust what I’m buying, especially with decaf since the options are already limited.
Shipping was fine and the price wasn’t bad, but the whole thing left me feeling a little unsure. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not one that made me feel confident enough to order again right away. If decaf is all you drink like me, I’d say it’s okay, but they could definitely do more to earn back some trust.

"Pre-ground coffee seems a little inconsistent"
I ordered from coffeeam.com and the coffee itself was decent, but the grind on my bag was kind of all over the place. Some of it was really fine while other bits were chunkier, so my brews didn’t come out the same from one day to the next. Based on this one bag, I’d guess their pre-ground option might be a bit hit or miss. Shipping was fine and the packaging was okay, so no complaints there. I might order again, but I’d probably go with whole beans next time.

“Impossible to get ahold of them email or phone have tried email 3 times and phone 2 times no acknowledgement of email at all not even a auto reply that it was recived have done it 3 diff way 1 time acualy on there site and also 2 time from my own email client Phone has full mailbox and no one answers”
